  और ख़ुदा ही ने तुममें से बाज़ को बाज़ पर रिज़क तरजीह दी है फिर जिन लोगों को रोज़ी ज्यादा दी गई है वह लोग अपनी रोज़ी में से उन लोगों को जिन पर उनका दस्तरस है देने वाला नहीं बराबर हैं तो क्या ये लोग ख़ुदा की नेअमत के मुन्किर हैं

  हमने मनुष्य को अपने माँ - बाप के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार करने की ताकीद की । उसकी माँ ने उसे तकलीफ़ के साथ उठाए रखा और उसे जना भी तकलीफ़ के साथ । और उसके गर्भ की अवस्था में रहने और दूध छुड़ाने की अवधि तीस माह है, यहाँ तक कि जब वह अपनी पूरी शक्ति को पहुँचा और चालीस वर्ष का हुआ तो उसने कहा," ऐ मेरे रब! मुझे सम्भाल कि मैं तेरी उस अनुकम्पा के प्रति कृतज्ञता दिखाऊँ, जो तुने मुझपर और मेरे माँ - बाप पर की है । और यह कि मैं ऐसा अच्छा कर्म करूँ जो तुझे प्रिय हो और मेरे लिए मेरी संतति में भलाई रख दे । मैं तेरे आगे तौबा करता हूँ औऱ मैं मुस्लिम हूँ ।"

• And unto Sulaiman We subjected the wind, strongly raging, running at his command toward the land wherein We had placed Our blessing ; and of evrything We are the knowers.
  और बड़े ज़ोरों की हवा को सुलेमान का कि वह उनके हुक्म से इस सरज़मीन की तरफ चला करती थी जिसमें हमने तरह - तरह की बरकतें अता की थी और हम तो हर चीज़ से खूब वाक़िफ़ थे है

  इसराईल की सन्तान से पूछो, हमने उन्हें कितनी खुली - खुली निशानियाँ प्रदान की । और जो अल्लाह की नेमत को इसके बाद कि वह उसे पहुँच चुकी हो बदल डाले, तो निस्संदेह अल्लाह भी कठोर दंड देनेवाला है

• Children of Israel, remember My blessing wherewith I blessed you, and that I have preferred you above all beings ;
  ऐ इसराईल की सन्तान! याद करो मेरे उस अनुग्रह को जो मैंने तुमपर किया और इसे भी कि मैंने तुम्हें सारे संसार पर श्रेष्ठता प्रदान की थी ;

• O Children of Israel, remember My blessing which I bestowed upon you, and that I gave you an advantage over all the nations.
  ऐ इसराईल की सन्तान! मेरी उस कृपा को याद करो जो मैंने तुमपर की थी और यह कि मैंने तुम्हें संसारवालों पर श्रेष्ठता प्रदान की

• Whatever blessing you have is from Allah, and when a distress befalls you, you make entreaties to Him.
  और जितनी नेअमतें तुम्हारे साथ हैं फिर जब तुमको तकलीफ छू भी गई तो तुम उसी के आगे फरियाद करने लगते हो

• And We send down from the sky rain charted with blessing, and We produce therewith gardens and Grain for harvests ;
  और हमने आसमान से बरकत वाला पानी बरसाया तो उससे बाग़ उगाए और खेती का अनाज और लम्बी लम्बी खजूरें
