"Wrytin" shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, .you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on Wrytin, constitute the entire agreement between "Wrytin" and you in relation to your use of Wrytin, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.
The Terms of Service are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to conflict of laws principles and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Wrytin is only for people 13 years old and over. By using Wrytin, you affirm that you are over 13. If we learn someone under 13 is using Wrytin, we’ll terminate their account.
If "Wrytin" doesn’t exercise a particular right under these Terms, that doesn’t waive it.
