  जिस बेहिश्त का परहेज़गारों से वायदा किया जाता है उसकी सिफत ये है कि उसमें पानी की नहरें जिनमें ज़रा बू नहीं और दूध की नहरें हैं जिनका मज़ा तक नहीं बदला और शराब की नहरें हैं जो पीने वालों के लिए लज्ज़त है और साफ़ शफ्फ़ाफ़ यहद की नहरें हैं और वहाँ उनके लिए हर किस्म के मेवे हैं और उनके परवरदिगार की तरफ से बख़्शिस है उनके बराबर हो सकते हैं जो हमेशा दोज़ख़ में रहेंगे और उनको खौलता हुआ पानी पिलाया जाएगा तो वह ऑंतों के टुकड़े टुकड़े कर डालेगा

• God will say: ' This is the day when the truthful shall profit by their truthfulness. For them will be gardens with streams running by, where they will for ever abide." God will accept them, and they will be gratified in Him. This will surely be happiness supreme.
  अल्लाह कहेगा," यह वह दिन है कि सच्चों को उनकी सच्चाई लाभ पहुँचाएगी । उनके लिए ऐसे बाग़ है, जिनके नीचे नहेर बह रही होंगी, उनमें वे सदैव रहेंगे । अल्लाह उनसे राज़ी हुआ और वे उससे राज़ी हुए । यही सबसे बड़ी सफलता है ।"

• And of those who led the way - the first of the Emigrants and the Helpers, and those who followed them in the best possible manner - Allah is well - pleased with them and they are well - pleased with Allah. He has prepared for them Gardens beneath which rivers flow ; therein they will abide forever. That is the supreme triumph.
  सबसे पहले आगे बढ़नेवाले मुहाजिर और अनसार और जिन्होंने भली प्रकार उनका अनुसरण किया, अल्लाह उनसे राज़ी हुआ और वे उससे राज़ी हुए । और उसने उनके लिए ऐसे बाग़ तैयार कर रखे है, जिनके नीचे नहरें बह रही है, वे उनमें सदैव रहेंगे । यही बड़ी सफलता है

• The Fire will scorch their faces and they will abide therein with their faces distorted.
  आग उनके चेहरों को झुलसा देगी और उसमें उनके मुँह विकृत हो रहे होंगे

• Those who devour usury will not stand except as stand one whom the Evil one by his touch Hath driven to madness. That is because they say:" Trade is like usury," but Allah hath permitted trade and forbidden usury. Those who after receiving direction from their Lord, desist, shall be pardoned for the past ; their case is for Allah ; but those who repeat are companions of the Fire: They will abide therein.
  जो लोग सूद खाते हैं वह खड़े न हो सकेंगे मगर उस शख्स की तरह खड़े होंगे जिस को शैतान ने लिपट कर मख़बूतुल हवास बना दिया है ये इस वजह से कि वह उसके क़ायल हो गए कि जैसा बिक्री का मामला वैसा ही सूद का मामला हालॉकि बिक्री को तो खुदा ने हलाल और सूद को हराम कर दिया बस जिस शख्स के पास उसके परवरदिगार की तरफ़ से नसीहत आये और वह बाज़ आ गया तो इस हुक्म के नाज़िल होने से पहले जो सूद ले चुका वह तो उस का हो चुका और उसका अम्र ख़ुदा के हवाले है और जो मनाही के बाद फिर सूद ले तो ऐसे ही लोग जहन्नुम में रहेंगे

• In this state they shall abide forever ; their punishment shall not be lightened nor shall they be granted respite.
  और वह हमेशा उसी फिटकार में रहेंगे न तो उनके अज़ाब ही में तख्फ़ीफ़ की जाएगी और न उनको मोहलत दी जाएगी

• But those whose scales are lighter will perish and abide in Hell for ever.
  और जिन के पल्लें हल्के होंगे तो यही लोग है जिन्होंने अपना नुक़सान किया कि हमेशा जहन्नुम में रहेंगे

• And the first to lead the way, of the Muhajirin and the Ansar, and those who followed them in goodness - Allah is well pleased with them and they are well pleased with Him, and He hath made ready for them Gardens underneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide for ever. That is the supreme triumph.
  और मुहाजिरीन व अन्सार में से सबक़त करने वाले और वह लोग जिन्होंने नेक नीयती से बाग़ जिन के नीचे नहरें जारी हैं तैयार कर रखे हैं वह हमेशा अब्दआलाबाद तक उनमें रहेगें यही तो बड़ी कामयाबी हैं

• You see many of them taking the disbelievers as their Auliya '. Evil indeed is that which their ownselves have sent forward before them, for that Allah ' s Wrath fell upon them and in torment they will abide.
  तुम उन में से बहुतेरों को देखोगे कि कुफ्फ़ार से दोस्ती रखते हैं जो सामान पहले से उन लोगों ने ख़ुद अपने वास्ते दुरूस्त किया है किस क़दर बुरा है कि ख़ुदा उन पर गज़बनाक हुआ और हमेशा अज़ाब ही में रहेंगे

• God has promised men and women who believe gardens with streams of running water where they will abide for ever, and beautiful mansions in the Garden of Eden, and the blessings of God above all. That will be happiness supreme.
  ख़ुदा ने ईमानदार मर्दों और ईमानदारा औरतों से उन बाग़ों का वायदा कर लिया है जिनके नीचे नहरें जारी हैं और वह उनमें हमेशा रहेगें अदन के बाग़ो में उम्दा उम्दा मकानात का और ख़ुदा की ख़ुशनूदी उन सबसे बालातर है - यही तो बड़ी कामयाबी है
