• Your creation and your resurrection will not be but as that of a single soul. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Seeing.
  तुम सबका पैदा करना और फिर जिला उठाना एक शख्स के बराबर है बेशक ख़ुदा सुनता और सब कुछ देख रहा है

• Whoever acts righteously does so for his own good and whoever commits evil does so against his soul. Your Lord is not unjust to His servants.
  जिसने अच्छे अच्छे काम किये तो अपने नफे क़े लिए और जो बुरा काम करे उसका वबाल भी उसी पर है और तुम्हारा परवरदिगार तो बन्दों पर ज़ुल्म करने वाला नहीं

• And even if the soul were to reflect or to represent all the largeness of the knowledge in its mental consciousness, it would be unable to mobilise it rightly in force of action.
  और चाहे आत्मा ज्ञान की संपूर्ण विशालता को अपनी मानसिक चेतना में प्रतिबिम्बित या प्रदर्शित करे, फिर भी वह विज्ञान व्यावहारिक रूप में उसे यथावत् क्रियाशील बनाने में असमर्थ रहेगी ।

• And when they entered in the manner their father had enjoined, it did not profit them in the least against Allah: It was but a necessity of Jacob ' s soul, which he discharged. For he was, by our instruction, full of knowledge: but most men know not.
  और जब उन्होंने प्रवेश किया जिस तरह से उनके बाप ने उन्हें आदेश दिया था - अल्लाह की ओर से होनेवाली किसी चीज़ को वह उनसे हटा नहीं सकता था । बस याक़ूब के जी की एक इच्छा थी, जो उसने पूरी कर ली । और निस्संदेह वह ज्ञानवान था, क्योंकि हमने उसे ज्ञान प्रदान किया था ; किन्तु अधिकतर लोग जानते नहीं -

• Prakriti herself now seems to be mechanical only in the carefully regulated appearance of her workings, but in fact a conscious Force with a soul within her, a self - aware significance in her turns, a revelation of a secret Will and Knowledge in her steps and figures.
  स्वयं प्रकति भी यान्त्रिक इसी अंश में प्रतीत होती है कि उसके व्यापार सावधानी से व्यवस्थित किये हुए दिखायी देते हैं, परन्तु वास्तव में वह एक चिन्मय शक्ति है जिके अन्दर आत्मा है, जिसकी प्रवृत्त्यों में एक आत्मसचेतन आशय है और जिसकी गतिविधियों तथा रचनाओं में एक गुप्त संकल्प एवं ज्ञान का प्रकाश अभिव्यक्त होता है ।

• Every soul will come to know what it has sent ahead and what it left behind.
  तब हर शख़्श को मालूम हो जाएगा कि उसने आगे क्या भेजा था और पीछे क्या छोड़ा था

• And I swear by the reproaching soul.
  और नहीं! मैं कसम खाता हूँ मलामत करनेवाली आत्मा की

• Every soul is going to taste of death, and We shall prove you with evil and good as a temptation ; and unto Us ye shall be returned.
  हर जीव को मौत का मज़ा चखना है और हम अच्छी और बुरी परिस्थितियों में डालकर तुम सबकी परीक्षा करते है । अन्ततः तुम्हें हमारी ही ओर पलटकर आना है

• Then guard yourselves against a day when one soul shall not avail another nor shall intercession be accepted for her, nor shall compensation be taken from her, nor shall anyone be helped.
  और डरो उस दिन से जब न कोई किसी भी ओर से कुछ तावान भरेगा और न किसी की ओर से कोई सिफ़ारिश ही क़बूल की जाएगी और न किसी की ओर से कोई फ़िद्या लिया जाएगा और न वे सहायता ही पा सकेंगे ।

• And ask:" To whom belongs what is in the heavens and the earth ?" Say:" To God." He has prescribed grace for Himself. He will gather you on the Day of Resurrection which is certain to come. Only they who are lost of soul will not come to believe.
  पूछो तो कि जो कुछ आसमान और ज़मीन में है किसका है तुम ख़ुद कह दो कि ख़ास ख़ुदा का है उसने अपनी ज़ात पर मेहरबानी लाज़िम कर ली है वह तुम सब के सब को क़यामत के दिन जिसके आने मे कुछ शक़ नहीं ज़रुर जमा करेगा जिन लोगों ने अपना आप नुक़सान किया वह तो ईमान न लाएंगें
