  ये वह लोग हैं जो ख़ुद तो बुख्ल करते ही हैं और लोगों को भी बुख्ल का हुक्म देते हैं और जो माल ख़ुदा ने अपने फ़ज़ल व से उन्हें दिया है उसे छिपाते हैं और हमने तो कुफ़राने नेअमत करने वालों के वास्ते सख्त ज़िल्लत का अज़ाब तैयार कर रखा है

• So We let loose on them a violent wind for several days of distress to make them taste a most disgraceful punishment here in this world, and far more shameful will be the punishment in the Hereafter, and there will be no succour for them.
  अन्ततः हमने कुछ अशुभ दिनों में उनपर एक शीत - झंझावात चलाई, ताकि हम उन्हें सांसारिक जीवन में अपमान और रुसवाई की यातना का मज़ा चखा दें । और आख़िरत की यातना तो इससे कहीं बढ़कर रुसवा करनेवाली है । और उनको कोई सहायता भी न मिल सकेगी

• And some people buy words of play, in order to mislead from Allah’s path, without knowledge ; and to make it an article of mockery ; for them is a disgraceful punishment.
  लोगों में से कोई ऐसा भी है जो दिल को लुभानेवाली बातों का ख़रीदार बनता है, ताकि बिना किसी ज्ञान के अल्लाह के मार्ग से भटकाए और उनका परिहास करे । वही है जिनके लिए अपमानजनक यातना है

• And whosoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, and transgresses His limits, He will cast him into the Fire, to abide therein ; and he shall have a disgraceful torment.
  और जिस शख्स से ख़ुदा व रसूल की नाफ़रमानी की और उसकी हदों से गुज़र गया तो बस ख़ुदा उसको जहन्नुम में दाख़िल करेगा
