• We have seen the turning of thy face to heaven. And now verily We shall make thee turn toward a qiblah which is dear to thee. So turn thy face toward the Inviolable Place of Worship, and ye, wheresoever ye may be, turn your faces toward it. Lo! Those who have received the Scripture know that is the Truth from their Lord. And Allah is not unaware of what they do.
  ऐ रसूल क़िबला बदलने के वास्ते बेशक तुम्हारा बार बार आसमान की तरफ मुँह करना हम देख रहे हैं तो हम ज़रुर तुम को ऐसे क़िबले की तरफ फेर देगें कि तुम निहाल हो जाओ अच्छा तो नमाज़ ही में तुम मस्ज़िदे मोहतरम काबे की तरफ मुँह कर लो और ऐ मुसलमानों तुम जहाँ कही भी हो उसी की तरफ़ अपना मुँह कर लिया करो और जिन लोगों को किताब तौरेत वगैरह दी गयी है वह बख़ूबी जानते हैं कि ये तबदील क़िबले बहुत बजा व दुरुस्त है और उस के परवरदिगार की तरफ़ से है और जो कुछ वह लोग करते हैं उस से ख़ुदा बेख़बर नही

• The gates of heaven shall not be opened for those who rejected Our signs and arrogantly spurned them ; nor shall they enter Paradise until a camel shall pass through the eye of a needle. That is how We repay the evil - doers,
  और उनसे सरताबी की न उनके लिए आसमान के दरवाज़े खोले जाएंगें और वह बेहश्त ही में दाखिल होने पाएगें यहाँ तक कि ऊँट सूई के नाके में होकर निकल जाए उसी तरह उनका बेहश्त में दाखिल होना मुहाल है और हम मुजरिमों को ऐसी ही सज़ा दिया करते हैं उनके लिए जहन्नुम का बिछौना होगा

• yet it may be that my Lord will give me better than thy garden, and loose on it a thunderbolt out of heaven, so that in the morning it will be a slope of dust,
  तो आशा है कि मेरा रब मुझे तेरे बाग़ से अच्छा प्रदान करें और तेरे इस बाग़ पर आकाश से कोई क़ुर्क़ी भेज दे । फिर वह साफ़ मैदान होकर रह जाए

• Do ye feel secure that He Who is in heaven will not cause you to be swallowed up by the earth when it shakes ?
  क्या तुम उससे निश्चिन्त हो जो आकाश में है कि तुम्हें धरती में धँसा दे, फिर क्या देखोगे कि वह डाँवाडोल हो रही है ?

• And it is He who sendeth fort the winds as a herald before His mercy and We send down from the heaven water pure.
  और वही है जिसने अपनी दयालुता के आगे - आगे हवाओं को शुभ सूचना बनाकर भेजता है, और हम ही आकाश से स्वच्छ जल उतारते है

• And there is nothing concealed within the heaven and the earth except that it is in a clear Register.
  और आसमान व ज़मीन में कोई ऐसी बात पोशीदा नहीं जो वाज़ेए व रौशन किताब में मौजूद न हो

• The People of the Book will ask thee to bring down upon them a Book from heaven ; and they asked Moses for greater than that, for they said, ' Show us God openly. ' And the thunderbolt took them for their evildoing. Then they took to themselves the Calf, after the clear signs had come to them ; yet We pardoned them that, and We bestowed upon Moses a clear authority.
  अहले किताब जो तुमसे दरख्वास्त करते हैं कि तुम उनपर एक किताब आसमान से उतरवा दो ये लोग मूसा से तो इससे कहीं बढ़ के दरख्वास्त कर चुके हैं चुनान्चे कहने लगे कि हमें ख़ुदा को खुल्लम खुल्ला दिखा दो तब उनकी शरारत की वजह से बिजली ने ले डाला फिर उन लोगों के पास तौहीद की वाजैए और रौशन आ चुकी थी उसके बाद भी उन लोगों ने बछड़े को बना लिया फिर हमने उससे भी दरगुज़र किया और मूसा को हमने सरीही ग़लबा अता किया

• The pious will surely be in heaven,
  निस्संदेह वफ़ादार लोग नेमतों में होंगे

• Allah is He Who sendeth the winds so that they raise a cloud and then spreadeth it along the heaven as He will and breaketh it into fragments, and thou beholdest the rain come forth from the intestines thereof. Then when He maketh it fall upon such of His bondmen as He will, lo! they rejoice.
  अल्लाह ही है जो हवाओं को भेजता है । फिर वे बादलों को उठाती हैं ; फिर जिस तरह चाहता है उन्हें आकाश में फैला देता है और उन्हें परतों और टुकड़ियों का रूप दे देता है । फिर तुम देखते हो कि उनके बीच से वर्षा की बूँदें टपकी चली आती है । फिर जब वह अपने बन्दों में से जिनपर चाहता है, उसे बरसाता है । तो क्या देखते है कि वे हर्षित हो उठे

• Allah it is who hath created the heavens and the earth, and sent down from the heaven water, and hath there by brought forth fruits as a provision for you ; and He hath subiected the ships for you that it may run in the sea by His command ; and He hath subjected for you the rivers.
  ख़ुदा ही ऐसा है जिसने सारे आसमान व ज़मीन पैदा कर डाले और आसमान से पानी बरसाया फिर उसके ज़रिए से तुम्हारी रोज़ा के वास्ते के फल पैदा किए और तुम्हारे वास्ते कश्तियां तुम्हारे बस में कर दी - ताकि उसके हुक्म से दरिया में चलें और तुम्हारे वास्ते नदियों को तुम्हारे एख्तियार में कर दिया
