1. STRAWPPLE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup Pineapple

  • 1 cup Strawberries

  • ½ cup Apple

  • 2 TSP Honey/Maple syrup

  • 1 large cup of milk

DIRECTIONS
Add all the ingredients in a blender, blend for 3-4 minutes. And there you have a healthy and tasty smoothie.

(Pineapples add as a base to any drink, you can also replace it with Orange juice)

2. ABC DRINK

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup diced apples

  • ½ cup grated beetroot

  • ½ cup grated carrots

  • 1 TSP honey

  • ¼ TSP cinnamon powder

  • ½ cup water

DIRECTIONS
Add Apples, Beet and carrots in the blender with water and blend it until you get the smooth texture. Add cinnamon powder. Serve it in a glass and top it with honey.

#Facts- Apples are known for their anti-inflammatory properties.
Carrots are the rich source of Vitamin A. Beets are packed with calcium. The trio makes a wonderfully tasty and healthy drink.

3. THE CLEANSING DRINK

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup Pineapple

  • ½ inch ginger

  • ½ lemon

  • ½ cup chopped mint leaves

  • 1 TSP Honey

DIRECTIONS
Blend pineapple, ginger and mint leaves in a blender and strain the juice.
Squeeze the lemon in and add honey just before serving.
#Facts- Pineapple is a very good agent to clean the bowels, ginger is a proven anti-inflammatory ingredient. With lemon and mint, this drink will help you clean your body from the toxins.
