1. STRAWPPLE SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
½ cup Pineapple
1 cup Strawberries
½ cup Apple
2 TSP Honey/Maple syrup
1 large cup of milk
DIRECTIONS
Add all the ingredients in a blender, blend for 3-4 minutes. And there you have a healthy and tasty smoothie.
(Pineapples add as a base to any drink, you can also replace it with Orange juice)
2. ABC DRINK
INGREDIENTS
1 cup diced apples
½ cup grated beetroot
½ cup grated carrots
1 TSP honey
¼ TSP cinnamon powder
½ cup water
DIRECTIONS
Add Apples, Beet and carrots in the blender with water and blend it until you get the smooth texture. Add cinnamon powder. Serve it in a glass and top it with honey.

Carrots are the rich source of Vitamin A. Beets are packed with calcium. The trio makes a wonderfully tasty and healthy drink.
3. THE CLEANSING DRINK
INGREDIENTS
½ cup Pineapple
½ inch ginger
½ lemon
½ cup chopped mint leaves
1 TSP Honey
DIRECTIONS
Blend pineapple, ginger and mint leaves in a blender and strain the juice.
Squeeze the lemon in and add honey just before serving.
