1 medium-sized ripe banana
500 ml unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp almond butter

In a blender, whizz the almond milk with almond butter, cinnamon, and banana slices.

4 Bread slices
2 medium-sized sweet potatoes
1 1/2 cups bbq sauce
2 cups slaw salad mix
2 tablespoons mayo
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Slice up the sweet potatoes about 1/6-1/8 inch thick. Lay the potatoes out on parchment paper and slather the bbq sauce on them. Sprinkle a little salt on top. Bake for 30 -35 minutes.
In a bowl, combine slaw, mayo, mustard powder, salt, and pepper.
Pile up the sweet potato slices on the bread and top them off with salad slaw. Lay the second piece of bread over it.
Toast the sandwich on skillet, or serve as is it right away.

1 cup oats
1 ripe banana
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Salt to taste
Combine all the ingredients into a small saucepan and turn heat to medium/high.
Bring the mixture to a boil and turn the heat down to low/medium while continually stirring for around 3-5 minutes.
Once the oatmeal is cooked and at the desired consistency, remove from heat and serve immediately. Top it with some blueberries and banana slices.

1/4 Chopped Cabbage
Diced peach (any fruit)
2-3 mint leaves
2 chopped chillis
