Have you ever felt the need to take a break from everything and sit back and relax? Well, it happens to me most of the time. I'm pretty sure you've experienced this too. But do not mistake it. I am not talking about the physical part; I mean to refer to the mental breakdowns and the existential crisis that takes over you and you start getting the feeling of being ignored by your loved ones, or being bounded by the shackles of negativity all the time. When you do not feel the urge of talking to anyone, get depressed and start maintaining distance from people, even the ones you love, the ones who come to your mind as soon as something exciting or sad or shocking happens in your life. All the times when you feel that nobody understands you or knows what you are going through.

Let me tell you, I have been repeatedly told by many of my close friends and elders that you reap what you sow. You receive the total of your happenings in your life. The good you do to someone or the bad you do, it all has to come back. Remember, karma is there to look upon you. Whenever you feel like you have an existential crisis, do what your heart says and go with it but take the brains along with your heart. You need to keep reminding yourself of all the good memories and all the people you have met in your life, for anyone who enters your life and becomes a part of it out of the millions you see around, everyone has some or the other thing to teach you. Some people in your life are just meant to stay while the others are not worth being a part at all and hence they leave. When you accept the harsh realities of life, you get to live more freely and contented.

One of the most important lessons I have ever learnt is the lesson of self-acceptance. There's going to be so many on your way who will try to put you down, break you apart, only if you let them to. As it's rightly said, a ship can't sink in the ocean unless it allows the water to enter. Similarly, if you do not let that all break you apart, nobody in this universe can.
