This is created by Colombian dancer and chereographer Alberto "Beto" perez during the 1990s .

zumba is an aerobic fitness programme . it involves dance and areobic movements . zumba is basically a dance form consists of steps that are unique and entertaining . it includes many dance forms such as hip-hop , salsa , soca , samba , merengue and mambo and also includes squats and lunges .
