Day 2

Date: 16th February, 2021

Welcome! 

Today is the 2nd day of my transformation. It was honestly hard. Yes, starting is hard, but I always find the second day the hardest, especially when it comes to working out because starting after a break leaves you sore for the next few days. 

Today's workout:

Morning:

Leg workout (1 set of 15reps):

  • Squats

  • Box squats

  • Squat jump

  • Split squats

Evening:

Cardio:

  • 40km cycling

Leg workout (3 sets of 45 secs on, and 15 secs off):

  • Open and closed squats

  • Stationary curtsy lunges

  • Lunges

  • Wall sit

  • Duck walk

Abs workout (1 set, 45 sec on,  15 secs off)

  • V hold

  • Scissor kicks

It wasn't as intense as yesterday, but that's okay. I’ve realised that consistency is more important than intensity. 

Here are my meals for the day:

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs (140 calories)

Lunch: Keto Roll with almond flour, cheese, paneer, spinach and bell peppers (722 calories)




Macros Breakdown: 

Carbohydrates:28g (12%)

Protein:40g (18%)

Fats: 70g (70%) 

Total calories in - 962

Total calories burnt- 3,100 as of 10:30pm but I suppose it will increase by another 100 to 200 more so roughly about 3400 calories burnt. 

Calorie Deficit- 2438

Total water consumed- 5.0 Litres
