Day 3

Date: 17th February, 2021

Welcome! 

Today is the 3rd day of my transformation. Today I only decided to do cardio, one time. In the morning I cycled 30kms and that's about it for today's workout. I didn't want to train a specific muscle group today. That's because due to my surgery I’m not able to workout the upper body so only legs and core to some extent. Since I’ve been heavily training them for the last few days, it would be appropriate to give them some rest so they can rebuild even stronger. It certainly is very helpful to not overwork one particular muscle group. The thighs are very sore and since I’ve trained them 2 days in a row, I thought it would be appropriate to give them a break. The same holds for the core as well. Ideally tomorrow I hope to get back to training legs and core along with cardio. 

Here are my meals for the day:

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs (140 calories)

Lunch: Chilli Paneer (459 calories)

Snacks: NItrotech Whey Gold- 2 scoops (240 calories)
