Jeans were a comfortable dress code introduced for cowboys and miners as it could be worn without washing .It was a popular fashion item among the teenagers in 1960s. High heels were first introduced to make short people look tall. Girls always look beautiful with their high heels on. Though it is uncomfortable girls never sacrifice on it. The combination of high heels and tight jeans wins the heart of many. It has turned into the best outfit ever and it is common with girls. This combination enhances the confidence of girls. This makes them a centre of attraction. Not just boys, even girls turn their head when a beautiful girl comes in with this outfit.

When we just concentrate on our looks there are many problems which accompany with it which we never speak about. Tight jeans might turn into a dangerous dress which causes many health issues due to its tightness and discomfort. Wearing tight jeans may cause problem like meralgia paresthetica, spider veins, pains in legs, back etc.Wearing skin fit jeans may cause troubles of thighs for a longer or shorter period called meralgia paresthetica. Meralgia parestheticais a kind of chronicle neurological syndrome. Itcauses numbness, tingling, and burning pain in your outer thigh.Mostly girls become victim of fungal infections due to the pressure on their nerves.

High heels cause problems like back pain, hip pain, it also affects our knee and posture.
When a girl walks with high heels, all her weight is balanced by her feet which makes it uncomfortable for her body and she gets a foot pain. It makes her sit for a while but just sitting is not enough. It also increases pressure on her knee. It also pushes her hip out of posture.

So try not to wear high heels for a long time and avoid running when you are in high heels. This may be trending but its effects are not. We hear this always but we never tend to change.
