  वही हैं जिसने तुमपर अपनी ओर से किताब उतारी, वे सुदृढ़ आयतें हैं जो किताब का मूल और सारगर्भित रूप हैं और दूसरी उपलक्षित, तो जिन लोगों के दिलों में टेढ़ हैं वे फ़ितना का तलाश और उसके आशय और परिणाम की चाह में उसका अनुसरण करते हैं जो उपलक्षित हैं । जबकि उनका परिणाम बस अल्लाह ही जानता हैं, और वे जो ज्ञान में पक्के हैं, वे कहते हैं," हम उसपर ईमान लाए, जो हर एक हमारे रब ही की ओर से हैं ।" और चेतते तो केवल वही हैं जो बुद्धि और समझ रखते हैं
