  और जिन लोगों को ख़ुदा ने अपने फ़ज़ल से कुछ दिया है बुख्ल करते हैं वह हरगिज़ इस ख्याल में न रहें कि ये उनके लिए बेहतर होगा बल्कि ये उनके हक़ में बदतर है क्योंकि जिस का बुख्ल करते हैं अनक़रीब ही क़यामत के दिन उसका तौक़ बनाकर उनके गले में पहनाया जाएगा और सारे आसमान व ज़मीन की मीरास ख़ुदा ही की है और जो कुछ तुम करते हो ख़ुदा उससे ख़बरदार है

• and he is not miserly concerning the Unseen.
  और वह ग़ैब की बातों के ज़ाहिर करने में बख़ील नहीं

• Being miserly towards you. Then when fear comes, you will see them looking to you, their eyes revolving like one over whom hovers death, but when the fear departs, they will smite you with sharp tongues, miserly towards good. Such have not believed. Therefore Allah makes their deeds fruitless, and that is ever easy for Allah.
  तुम्हारे साथ कृपणता से काम लेते है । अतः जब भय का समय आ जाता है, तो तुम उन्हें देखते हो कि वे तुम्हारी ओर इस प्रकार ताक रहे कि उनकी आँखें चक्कर खा रही है, जैसे किसी व्यक्ति पर मौत की बेहोशी छा रही हो । किन्तु जब भय जाता रहता है तो वे माल के लोभ में तेज़ ज़बाने तुमपर चलाते है । ऐसे लोग ईमान लाए ही नहीं । अतः अल्लाह ने उनके कर्म उनकी जान को लागू कर दिए । और यह अल्लाह के लिए बहुत सरल है

  जो लोग उस चीज़ में कृपणता से काम लेते है, जो अल्लाह ने अपनी उदार कृपा से उन्हें प्रदान की है, वे यह न समझे कि यह उनके हित में अच्छा है, बल्कि यह उनके लिए बुरा है । जिस चीज़ में उन्होंने कृपणता से काम लिया होगा, वही आगे कियामत के दिन उनके गले का तौक़ बन जाएगा । और ये आकाश और धरती अंत में अल्लाह ही के लिए रह जाएँगे । तुम जो कुछ भी करते हो, अल्लाह उसकी ख़बर रखता है

• nor those who, being miserly themselves, urge others to be miserly. He who turns his back should remember that God alone is self - sufficient and worthy of all praise.
  जो ख़ुद भी बुख्ल करते हैं और दूसरे लोगों को भी बुख्ल करना सिखाते हैं और जो शख़्श रूगरदानी करे तो ख़ुदा भी बेपरवा सज़ावारे हम्दोसना है

• And those who, when spending, neither exceed the limits nor act miserly, and stay in moderation between the two.
  और वह लोग कि जब खर्च करते हैं तो न फुज़ूल ख़र्ची करते हैं और न तंगी करते हैं और उनका ख़र्च उसके दरमेयान औसत दर्जे का रहता है

• And this Prophet is not miserly upon the hidden.
  और वह ग़ैब की बातों के ज़ाहिर करने में बख़ील नहीं

• Were He to ask it from you, and ask in plenty, you would be miserly, and the miserliness would expose the filth within your hearts.
  और यदि वह उनको तुमसे माँगे और समेटकर तुमसे माँगे तो तुम कंजूसी करोगे । और वह तुम्हारे द्वेष को निकाल बाहर कर देगा

• But as for one who is miserly and unheeding,
  और जिसने बुख्ल किया, और बेपरवाई की

• Yes, undoubtedly it is you who are being called, that you may spend in Allah’s way ; so some among you act miserly ; and whoever is miserly, is being a miser upon himself ; and Allah is the Independent, whereas you all are needy ; and if you renege, He will replace you with other people – and they will not be like you.
  और ख़ुदा तो तुम्हारे कीने को ज़रूर ज़ाहिर करके रहेगा देखो तुम लोग वही तो हो कि ख़ुदा की राह में ख़र्च के लिए बुलाए जाते हो तो बाज़ तुम में ऐसे भी हैं जो बुख्ल करते हैं और जो बुख्ल करता है तो ख़ुद अपने ही से बुख्ल करता है और ख़ुदा तो बेनियाज़ है और तुम मोहताज हो और अगर तुम मुँह फेरोगे तो ख़ुदा दूसरों बदल देगा और वह तुम्हारे ऐसे न होंगे
