"When we woke up
The world was figured out
Beyond the beauty we've dreamt about.
This brilliant light is brighter than we've known,
Without our darkness to prove it so.
Still, we can't help but to examine it,
To add our question marks to periods.
At the foot of our bed, we found an envelope…
"You are enough."
These little words, somehow they're changing us.
"You are enough."
So we let our shadows fall away like dust."

-Album: Atlas- Light

You are enough. You always have been.

Accepting yourself as you are and trying to be better day by day is like fighting sword against sword with the negative thoughts that creep in stealthily, hoping to take you by surprise and cut you down, even after all that hustle there's a light and an echo that guides you and keeps and tells you that you are stronger than the negative thoughts.

Realising you are worthy and believing it is always a task but when you do it it's the best thing one can ever do. 'You are the star' keep that in your mind and you have your own light so nobody can overshadow you and that's your power. Self- worth is not always about what one can buy or how luxurious life one is living, it's also about how one is being the sunshine to the love which is blooming for us and the people who love us. We will be remembered for who we are and not for how much money we spent.

Caring for our own self is a daily activity and it is dependable on the thoughts we have say, for example, we keep telling ourselves we’re not good enough. Our brains physically react to this negative thought. We face hopelessness, dejection, and loss of motivation. You might think what we should do when we get these low thoughts about us, it's really simple my dear sunshines all you have to do is remember how exhilarating it felt when you got an overwhelmingly positive response to your last instagram post, the perfect photograph you clicked or the best selfie that you uploaded. How incredible it felt to know you’ve inspired your friends in ways (oh! you have inspired people don't doubt this).

Now when you feel those vicious negative thoughts acknowledge them and try to write them down and read it out loud as they are the thoughts of your best friend and now as you always try to save your best friend save yourself too from this vicious cycle, do this on as many occasions as possible and boom! you'll always feel lighter and worthier.

Self- Worth is the "mantra" of happy life

If you desire to constantly lead a life of self-care and love then stop being dependent on others, others can't always feed you with their attention and love, it's you who has to wake up everyday and feel worthy to perform everyday's task. You just can't sit and believe that self-worth will thrive on it's own.

You daily have to put in lots of efforts to realise that you can do whatever you want to do and you are enough, you have to eat good and healthy, sleep and wake up on time ( trust me sleeping cycle does have an impact on our body and mind). Stop obsessing about the models and the people you find beautiful and think that you are any less, you are beautiful as you are always remember that. Don't be that critical about yourself be kind towards you let the world do the criticism. Learn to take a firm stand for every decisions of your life.

The world doesn’t need you to do more. The world needs you to be who you are, that’s what really counts.

Do comment the ways in which you remind yourself that you are the best and also the ways you try to develop into the better versions of you.

from- the girl who reminds herself everyday about how worthy she is.
