Everyday in our life we come across many people, no matter young or old, short or tall, educated or uneducated, but everyone has his own way of thinking. If there is any situation, let’s say a boy devotingmajor part of his time to any sport, the number of people who will see him will interpret his devotion to the sport in their own way. More the number of brains that will see or come across any situation, more the number of conclusions will be made. Different ways of thinking commands different ways of work style or ways of interpretations.
The recent trend in the modern world is a trend of imitation. Everyone of us are busy in copying others, be it be the way of living, way of spending, way of working, etc. The sooner a person gets popular, there is a huge mob totally ready out there in society to imitate his way of working. All of us are in a spree to outshine others but not with our mental or physical ability, but with our ability to imitate, the fast you copy a successful person’s way of working, the fast you will defeat others because all are working on a similar pattern.
Reasons why only a few among us succeed-
Why in a population of crores, only a few among us succeed? Have we ever pondered that why a successful person’s way of working or leading life is imitated by others? The reason behind the above two questions is that a person who has been successful in establishing his name in the world is the one who has believed in himself and his ability to change the world on his own. The one who is confident about himself , is the one who has prepared himself to rule the world. Such person’s thinking is not hampered by the act f others in the world.
This is so because such persons at first study about the goals they want to achieve. Then they review themselves about the skills and capabilities they possess and thus prepares themselves for the skills that they require in achieving their goals. They are the one who study other people and their way of thinking also. The competition is won by the person who has studied about his competitors also in addition to himslelf, who has a complete record of the skills and weaknesses of his competitors. And as soon as a person gets to know that the crowd in the world is of go with the flow thinking crowd, it becomes all the way easy for him to rule the world as others are waiting for someone to succeed so that they will start imitating him.
Old mentality suppressing new talents -
Our parents, our teachers, are not producing the rulers, they are producing and promoting the followers. People in society are not taught to become the bosses or owners, they are taught to become workers for such bosses or owners. Students in the society are happy working for others but not happy in taking some risks to start their own ventures. Every person with a new idea is either suppressed by parents , by teachers or by society with the fear of failure. As a result, we have been able to bury new ideas in our country by not givingpeople a chance to explore their ideas or risk their ideas. Thus, we follow and imitate the ways of a few successful persons who rule the world.
