Today it's very difficult for us to find happiness in this fast paced life where everyone
racing for the things that do not matter, without giving a thought why we are running and what we will achieve.

Today, this is the problem of majority of youth.Let's try to find out why we are sad and not feeling happy and motivated.

The major reason we are sad because we compare ourself with everyone like

  • He have girlfriend I do not have girlfriend

  • He looks good I do not, he is rich I am not

  • He is happy ,I am not

without thinking of our capability, talent, passion, what we are good at and compare for the things we do not have. But from where this all coming from? Why we compare ourself from others. The reason is social media.

Social media teaches us to show the world that we are happy even if we are not, to show we are rich even if we are not.Because of this when you look at their happy life which may be not true, you feel that they are happy, enjoying their life. But my brother you are wrong it's not true what social media shows you. Today social media have become toxic, which sells you fake life, fake way of living and they make you want things which you do not need. It's all their business model show that you look at their good clothes and other materialistic things and make you beleive you will become happy by getting those things.

So what can you do?
The solution of your sadness is to reduce the intake of social media like fb, insta so that they will not able to persuade you. Do not use social media more then 1 hr a day. make yourself productive by doing stuffs which improves your personality.

You can start with learning things in place of depending on social media for happiness.
This things you can learn to reduce you crave for fb, insta.

  • A programming language

  • Any music Instrument, my advice learn guitar it's easy and you will see the result of practice fast. Or if you want to learn something which sweet to listen then learn Flute but it will be troublesome at start so keep patience.

  • Dance, singing, painting, sketching.

  • Writing story, peoms

  • or other thing which you like

By Learning above things you will give less time to social media which lead to making your days productive and if you are productive your mind will be happy. And other plus point is that you also get one skill.
