Because You Can Make A Difference!

There are times when we meet someone who is different from us; from the mass, someone we call weird or psycho.

Such people suffer at judgemental hands of others. And when they try to put themselves out there and try hard to be the best they can, they are shunned, mocked and made fun of. When such incidents happen around us we watch them as silent spectators. We never try to find out the dilemma of a person until they are gone too far. We forget one thing that define us- HUMANITY

A lot of times we judge others, pass hurtful comments and then we take stand behind the statements like " I was just kidding ". We don't evaluate our actions as how it will affect others.

I've always believed that nobody is born the way they are. It is the experiences we've had, the scenarios in which we are grown up, the people that surround us, all these highly influence us and shape us into the person we are today. Someone is confident, someone is not. Who are we to laugh at the later?

This is so simple and yet so important. You never know what someone else is going through. Maybe they are having a rough day or maybe they are considering something as serious as suicide. That one person having urge to quit doesn't come up to this decision in a day. It's a series of circumstances they are facing everyday, makes them weaker day by day, while we don't have even the faintest idea about it. One can overlook the signs and cries for help because ignoring a problem and hoping it will go away is often easier than dealing with it.

But we fail to realize that- Life gets easier when we have a friend. Sometimes people recover from anxiety and stessed situations only if you reach them out to them at the right moment. Your kindness, compassion and friendliness can leave a much bigger impact on their lives than you could ever imagine.

I hope through this article I have been able to make at least a dent in your mind regarding the same.
