Going to gym can be boring and a kind of repulsive idea to many of us who are not used to it.But still we want to get our body into the shape as that we see in our dreams. Summers are the best duration to shed your extra kilos those you might have added on your belly or other body parts with those long hibernation like sleeps or by eating a lot in the comfort ambience of your quilt and bed. It builds your stamina and increases your heart beats rate as you are forcing yourself to move up against the gravity. For those who fear heights, they can try indoor rock climbing activity. This activity also builds co-ordination among your limbs.

4. Walking or running on the beach

Brisk walking or running on a beach is a good workout. Running on a pavement can be easy but on beach it’s tough.
