Losing temper could actually be good for you

What would you prefer? Keeping things inside yourself or letting it out?
Losing temper and hitting oneself is a common trait in the human being. Most of us have heard stories from our grandmothers with a complimentary pack of morals elucidating how anger is our worst enemy. Nevertheless, this anger could be a bit beneficial for your health in some aspect.

A normal person gets angry about 2 times a day and, the one who has anger problem gets angry at least 12 times a day on an average. Sometimes people have plenty of reasons to become angry for instance, if you meet a person who talks badly, the one who is loud enough in their conversation to be tolerated or the one who is pretty boorish. Another reason behind the anger could also be “expectation”.Having expectations from someone regarding the way they treat you could hurt and lead to anger.

Do you express your anger?

There has been a tremendous increase in the number of people who suffer from problems related to anger. Yet, it has been found in the recent research that expressing your anger helps in improving your health status. Thereafter, it could increase your lifespan by 2 years. Stress is a major cause of anger.

Anger could help to cure many misunderstandings to some extent and also, right the wrongs happening in one’s life. But, that too depends on the way people treat each other. It could even provide support to all those, whose needs and desires are ignored.

To keep things on track and working sometimes we need anger. If you want to be considered and get things off your chest, a pinch of anger works best.

Circumstances and place matter a lot in this case. Remember that anger suits best if you wish to deal with stubborn. Ever encountered a situation where you come across a mischievous child? Does being a soft-hearted and kind work every time? In my case, this is not true. It's difficult to deal with them without anger. Not always but some time in this situation anger soothes our mind and pacifies it.

Similarly, blasting on someone in anger benefits by increasing the amount of blood flow. This increase is close to that part of the brain which induces happiness. Expressing your anger involves changes in cerebral activities. Inducing anger in human body controls heart and hormones and provides its efficient regulation. So, anger in a limited amount is good for health.
