Lets just jump into the recipies without further a do.

  1. Rice with veggies

for this you will need per servings-
1 bowl rice(white plain boiled)
salt
pepper
green chillies
vegetables(half onion,one tomato,capsicum,broccoli,tofu,carrots,french beans)
2 tbsp oil(either olive or acc. to your prefrence)
Now first set the gas flame on slow then add oil and carrots then take out the carrots when properly fried then add onion in the same pan and cook it till it gets brown then add salt try to add as little as possible then add tomato and vegetables cook them nicely and once done add pepper and you can add himalyan salt at the top if required then serve it in a bowl with rice and vegetables and this will not increase your weight at all and garnish it with the carrots serve it hot.

2.Quinoa salad
for this you will need
olive oil
seasoning
chillifalkes
salt
feenugreek
quinoa cooked
cucumber
onion
chickpea
coriander
tomato
fat free mayo
Now for this you have to take a bowl add cucumber add onion into it then add olive oil and salt fenugreek powder and tomato mis them well then add quinoa and chickpea into it and mix again then add chilliflakes and seasoning then add mayo and complete the recipe and keep it in the fridge serve it nicely with roasted chicken or egg in dinner or eat it in breakfast alone.
