Painting walls on the roadside.

I was moving to the city’s center today at our college bus with my friends. It was quite warm when we had taken seats in the beginning but now, the atmosphere started to cool down as the bus reached the airport and we can start to think over other concerns around us. Of a sudden, I noticed the walls on the side having Madhubani painting all over it. This raised a question in my head and I asked the same to the one sitting beside me.

What could the possible reasons for painting the side walls? Tell me any four. I have started to collect so in my head by that time so I riddled him this way. He took a pause to think and dropped some clues.

• It gives an aesthetic view.

Indeed true, the view one could have while driving or just being taken away is so calming and stress relieving that driving is no more a thing to get worried about. Above that, this is such a nice way of preserving culture.

• Sharing media messages.

The government can use those paintings to generate a message to the public regarding various concerns, rules, and regulations or maybe they are just there to depict the lifestyles of people of the towns and village.

• People won’t durtify them.

It isn’t much tough to believe that people around the nation don’t miss a chance to spoil the natural. They never miss any chance to litter things around, spit here and there and many more, you know what I mean. But these walls are beautifully painted, pleasing enough to persuade people not to do so upon them or around. Believe me, roadside were never such clean as they are now.

• Generates Employment.

Yeah, this is one of the most important things to consider. After all such initiatives demand people to work. Painting walls all along the road wherever possible must need people to do so and this demands the employment of such people. Despite, such employment is transient in nature, they can, in addition, generate their demand at other places.
