Priyanka And Farhan Land Into Trouble With The Trailer Of Their New Movie "The Sky Is Pink"

Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Farhan Akhtar’s new movie trailer is out and it seems it didn’t go well with the Maharashtra Police. It’s just been a day since the trailer is out and controversies have started surrounding it. There’s a scene in the trailer where Priyanka tells Farhan to rob a bank as soon as their unwell daughter gets better. This dialogue from the trailer did not go well with the Maharashtra police. With the official twitter account of Maharashtra police , they tweeted -

“Seven Years imprisonment with fine under IPC Section 393 #Coloursoflaw #TheSkyIsPink @priyankachopra @FarOutAkhtar.”

Priyanka took this positively and replied - “Oops caught red handed… time to activate Plan B @FarOutAkhtar!#TheSkyISPink.”

The star cast of this movie even includes Zaira Wasim and Rohan Saraf. The direction is done by Shonai Bose and co-produced by Priyanka, Ronnie Screwvala and Siddharth Roy Kapoor. The poster of the movie was released on Monday. This movie is based on a true story of a 13 year girl named Aisha Chaudhary who suffers from pulmonary fibrosis. Later she becomes a motivational speaker. The plot of the movie also involves the love story of her parents which is resided by her. The role of Aisha choudhary will be played by Zaira Wasim and Priyanka and Farhan will be seen playing her parents. Priyanka has made a comeback in Bollywood after 3 long years opposite Farhan. Before this Priyanka and Farhan shared the screen in the movie “Dil Dhadakne Do" in which Bollywood biggies like Anil Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma were also seen. The Sky Is Pink will hit the theaters on 11th of October 2019. Before this it will be screened at the Toronto International Film Festival on 13th of September 2019. We might even see Zaira Wasim for the last time on screen as she has called it ‘QUIT’ from the Bollywood industry saying that her relationship with her religion was threatened because of her profession. This raised a lot of eyebrows.

There are a lot of expectations from this movie as Priyanka is making a comeback to Bollywood after such a long time and Farhan is also a big star. The poster and the trailer of the movie is very promising. Let us wait and watch whether this movie lives up to the expectations of the audiences or not!!!!
