The movie stars Guy Pearce, Carrie-Anne Moss and Joe Pantaliano in lead roles and they have produced performances worth remembering. The movie revolves around a man suffering from Amnesia and short term memory loss, who protects his memories through Polaroid photographs. The beauty of the movie lies in the use of colours (black and white) to distinguish the story into chronological and reverse chronological order and in its’ gripping storyline, therefore be attentive to each and every detail when you are watching this movie, or for that matter, any Nolan movie.

2) INCEPTION

Directed by Christopher Nolan and stars Leonardo DiCaprio in a lead role. The story revolves around a thief who steals ideas from others' dreams and fiddles with it for his benefit and not only that, it involves the creation of an idea inside another person's mind by infiltrating his/her dream through the process of Inception. It is a thriller for the ages and would not disappoint you at any instant, although, there are chances that you may not get it in one go.

3) TRIANGLE

In my opinion, it is the best thriller movie of all time as it has all the ingredients of a thriller masterpiece. The movie is directed by Christopher Smith and stars Melissa George and Liam Hemsworth in lead roles. It is a story which will surprise, shock, confuse and at the same entertain you with its' nerve chilling twists and turns. It is a psychological thriller with an infinite and continuous loop of events at the centre of its’ storyline which terrifies and surprises you at the same time.

4) SHUTTER ISLAND

Directed by Martin Scorsese and stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Mark Ruffalo in lead roles. It is a psychological thriller and the movie is empowered by a stupendous performance by Leonardo DiCaprio. The movie has innumerable twists and turns and ends in with an absolutely unpredictable surprise which has, till date, divided the opinions of the audience regarding the whole plot of the movie and the director, quite intelligently, has left the ending open according to the understanding of the audience. It is a treat for the thrill lovers and another one of DiCaprio's masterpieces.

Directed by Brian Singer, The Usual Suspects is a multi-starrer movie starring Kevin Spacey, Kevin Pollak and many others. It is a mystery-thriller movie with an unpredictable ending and spectacular screenplay which keeps the viewer glued to the screen throughout the movie and which is the real attraction of this movie. It is a must watch for the ones who love crime and mystery thriller movies but, like many other thriller movies, if you are a good observer, then you may even predict the ending on your own before the actual climax of the movie.
