Do Humans Exist Is The Bigger Question Now

Right off from the 400 B.C. many great thinkers from France, Greece and Italy;years later people from around the globe started questioning the very basic of everything and everyone’s existence. These people were called philosophers and the answer for many of their question is still not found. In today’s world there are only quite a few philosophers and the rest of them are religion leaders. And the moral values have plummeted and I think it is no coincidence. These philosophers questioning of mere everything made kept people in check. Back then the philosophers questioned about god, life, ethics, and politics but there was a collective human sense. Today we haven’t had a great depression or war, but where are the values? Where are Humans?

Having no war means doesn’t mean it’s all peace. Every passing day the intolerance is increasing and people are becoming selfish. The sixth sense which humans were distinguished for is now a question of existence. Humans have become intolerant not just with themselves but also with their surroundings. Many species have become endangered, the climate has become unpredictable, vast numbers of trees are being cut and natural water is getting contaminated (blue planet anymore?). And none of these were an issue around the 400 B.C. when they lived and they spoke nothing which relates to the conditions these days (given that many of the questions are left unanswered), does that mean we are at a worse place which no one expected us to be in?

In a big country it’s really difficult to narrow down and say the reason for the happenings but a few issues are certain. As told earlier we humans have become selfish and that is the biggest cause. Let’s take the matter of global warming; in the initial days when it started the prime reason was the excess use of aerosols from the air conditioners and refrigerators. When seen from the simplest angle this is how it is, we humans were so self centred that we wanted to keep ourselves cool and we ended up destroying the habitat of the one’s who live in the cold by overusing it. Lack of foresee and selfishness as thrown to this brink where we have hardly no place to go.

The activities as left us to point where we realised there is no way fixing this and we have started looking for a place to live elsewhere. The whole point of this discussion is not to compare to the past and put out the differences but to tell that we have put ourselves in the position which no one expected us to be in. Of course there were intolerances in the past and there were wars, no denying. But it’s worse today, we are setting a time bomb which not only blasts but doesn’t stop blasting. Leave god, do humans really exist?
