Life - The Little Things

Life one of the most beautiful, yet one of the most complicated concepts for us humans. It takes up a fair share of the amount for many of us to realize how to live to our fullest experience.

This is one of the most relatable and yet most true quotes that I like. It is so strange that as the world has moved forward in terms of technology we as humans have moved backward in realizing the meaning of life.

NO, don’t take me wrong as if I am about to depart some philosophical knowledge about life. All of you are old enough and probably smart enough to figure it out for yourselves. I am writing this to share so of the help that I derived from a few self-help literatures and I just hope that I got it right.

I found out that life, one of the most complex issues by us humans is quite simple, it is to live in the present. I can agree if this was not what you were looking for, but be with me on this.

This lockdown has given many of us opportunities to explore what we couldn’t see right before us. It is to live in the moment, this fast-paced life has pulled us away from living the smallest of the moments that we missed.

If you realize it carefully it will be the little things that matter the most. These small things create a big difference in life, I just urge you to stop and see them for yourselves, it is when you start enjoying these little things then you will experience living your life to the fullest, it is then when you will start to live.

Just try to wake up early and see the sunrise, listen to the melody of the birds, feel the cool breeze on your face, just close your eyes and breathe, watch the twinkling stars at night instead of your phone or PC screens; all this is not something but quite small, but it is more than enough to make and difference and give you a solitude that is rarest of all.

The little things like smiling to someone, making a random call, dropping by a text to check on, just hugging someone, and my personal favorite giving flowers requires no such reason or obligation and they are big enough to make a difference, these are what makes them rare.

These little things are what will be remembered one day.
