CBSE has finally declared class 10th and 12th results. CBSE has announced unexpectedly results this time.
Class 12 results were announced on 2 May and class 10 results were announced on 6 May 2019.
About 17 lakh students have given exams of class 10 and around 11 lakh students had given exams of class 12. Cbse has declared the results online in its official website www.cbse.nic.in.
Class 10th and 12th exams were conducted between February and March 2019. Class 12 results have been announced within 28 days of the last date of the examination.
Like last year, this year also Girl students have out performed boys, with a pass percentage of 74.29 percent, which is increased of 69.70 percent last year. The Pass percentage among boys stood at 68.51 percent, which is increased from 67.92 percent last year.
This year’s class 10 results broke the deteriorating trend as since the past five years the passing number of students in CBSE Class 10 has been steadily decreasing.
The top three regions who scored the highest passing percentage for class 10 are Trivandrum (99.85%), Chennai (99%), Ajmer (95.89%). 99.47% is scored by the KV'S school, 98.57% was scored by the JNV schools. this time private schools has performed less better than the goverment schools.
And the Top performing region who scored the highest result for class 12 is Trivandrum with the pass percentage of 98.2%, in Chennai region, the pass percentage is 92.93% and in Delhi region, the pass percentage is 91.87%.
One of the officials said that "The number of schools securing 100 percent pass percentage has risen to 60 this year. This was 48 last year. 259.60 was the average quality index this year. which has been increased from 246.71 from the last year. 20 RPVVs quality index was 386.65 and passing percentage was 99.06 percent.
CBSE Class 12first rank toppers are Hansika Shukla and Karishma Arora both have scored 499 marks each. Second position was secured by three girls. they got a total of 498 out of 500.
For the third position, there are 18 students who scored 497 out of 500. Out of the 18 students, 11 are girls.
CBSE class 10 has 13 Rank 1 toppers, 25 Rank 2 toppers and 59 Rank 3 toppers.
Class 12 pass percentage of Delhi region is 91.87%. Neeraj Jindal and Mehak Talwar from Delhi are among 18 students to rank third in the exams. Pass percent of Delhi has shown an improvement of 89 percent than last year.
And Foreign schools affiliated to CBSE have also improved their pass percentage from 94.94 to 95.43 percent. Those who have scored good marks must be feeling very happy. They have made their parents proud. Schools, teachers and coaching centres must be felling very happy with the achivement of the students they got.
