From the very beginning, we have heard that “health is wealth”. And it is very true to a great extent. In today’s modern world, there are so many new harmful diseases and cases of obesity by which many people are struggling with and the most bitter truth about this is that these problems are self-inflicted. Even, way back during old ages, only the fittest used to survive. The period may change but not the principle. In today’s age as well only the fittest stand more chances to lead a happy life.

Many types of research and studies are going on regarding fitness and the best way to achieve it. The fitness is now viewed from three different points of views. These are- physical, nutritional and physiological.

Physical

It deals with the physical training or exercises to keep the body fit and fine. Studies show that people who exercise on a regular basis have a better quality of life and live longer as compared to those who don’t. Exercise not only improves our physique but also helps our mind to perform better. To have a sounded mind, we need a sounded body. So if we want a sharp mind we need a fit body which can support that sounded mind. Nowadays, there are so many advanced types of equipment for cardiovascular exercise, stretching, strength training that can save both our as well as our time.

Nutritional

This section deals with the diet which is important for good health. The human body requires sufficient vitamins, protein, fat, minerals, etc. in order to function efficiently. It will also help to strengthen the immunity of your body. And when we have a solid immunity, our body will be safe from diseases and we will not need medical drugs for anything.

Conclusions

In today’s busy and bustle life, we used to say that we don’t have too much time to care about our fitness but each and every person in this world got 24 hours in a single day. 30 minutes workout in a day takes just 2 percent of a day. And this 2 percent can increase our life’s happiness by more than 100 percent.

And one more important thing is that we also should have good perspective towards ourselves and should not demotivate others on the basis of their shape or size. A true fitness concerned person always helps others to motivate to get healthy. If one wants to be happy then he or she needs to be healthy. After all, health is wealth.
