Mostly I get to here is ‘Everything’.
It’s funny how we have such ambiguous and different prespective towards problems.
To us problems doesn’t come in counts rather it comes in size. Is that really the right way to understand the problem or the size just gives us more anxiety.
So here’s my guide to dealing with problems:-
Take a deep breath, it’s not the end of the world.
Tell yourself ‘you got this’ & trust me you will, eventually.
Priorities matter.
Don’t define the problems size rather focus on quality solution.
The problem you are dealing with is a part of your life, don’t mistake it for the whole.
I am sure this won’t solve your problem but atleast give you a new perspective to see it and deal with it.
