You commonly hear about exercising like exercise is good for your health, exercising beneficial for your body, it strengthens your muscles etc. but have you ever heard that exercise is wise for you. Yes you heard it right. Not only can exercise can be good to your body in fact exercise can help you to feel good also. You will feel happy and refreshing too. Experts recommend that teens get 60 minutes or more of moderate to vigorous physical activity each day.Here are some of the reasons for this:

Plus, exercise can give people a real sense of accomplishment and pride at having achieved a certain goal — like beating an old time in the 100-meter dash. And one main benefit which every individual wants to attain is achieving their fitness goals. People who do exercise burn large amount of calories. Which helps in cleansing their skin and making their body toned and fit.

And slowly your capacity increases and similarly you can increase your intensity. Every individual must make a habits of doing exercise daily.
