The word ‘silence' came from ‘silere' (unknown origin or meaning to be quite or still) which gave origin to Latin word ‘silentium'(being silent) &  after that gave origin to French word ‘silence'(absence of sound). Here, the heading ‘silence is powerful sound' describes complex view of silence. Oxymoron present in title gives idea of good incommunicapbility among people. The paradoxical line in ‘silence is powerful sound' had created situation which seems impossible but had its own deep meaning. It seems very wrong as it is totally impossible because sound always comes from crowded, noisy, public places. Whereas silence doesn't produce any kind of sound. But here line is creating such situation which is very difficult to understand but once you learn the depth of line, will easily get the deep meaning present in heading itself.
Actually sounds produced by silence is very good and have encouraging vibes, that may have  lead to change life of some people. Silence sometimes act as source of great strength which gain sometimes people attention & at times it offer empathy instead of using plethora of words to comfort people. Silence is basically a nonverbal language which tie the knot between hearts and make even bond stronger by expressing & understanding without soundful communication which shows concern and importance of each other.
The effect of strong silence is profound & also make people look deep into themselves, more than strong words being spoken. Hence silence is most powerful sound which shows patience, understands acceptance, shout confidence & respects, “worth". We were born out of silence and will return to silence.
