All Messed Up !!!!

Did I mess it ??? Am I going in the right direction?? Did I take the right decision by joining this office or doing this particular course ?? But, Shefali is probably making more money than I do. And, Rohit he made it into the Big 4’s. What am I doing here ??? I thought to take Finance as a career but I was more inclined towards Marketing and I landed into the Administration. What the hell was wrong with me ??? I think, I had no guidance and no support. So, I think I am good. But, what do I want now ?????

All such questions keep on hitting hard once we get into the corporate sectors. But, why can’t just we back our own selves and instead of pondering or dwelling in the past about what has already happened, work for the better. We took the best possible decision at that time. We took all the possibilities and options under consideration. And, what we don’t understand is that we don’t follow our interests but our interests follow us and we end up taking what is best suitable for us.

So, please stop thinking and keep working !! You are an amazing human being and doing great. And, please for god sake stop comparing your amazing selves with others. Neither do all people come from same places nor do they want to go to the same place. Our strengths are different and so our weaknesses. Our interests and skills are different. Our mindsets are different and so are our priorities. All have different resources & preferences.

So, let’s just stop comparing and keep working. And, we should stop comparing ourselves for it would do us more harm than good. And, stop doing self questioning and rather start doing self introspection for it would help to understand the person in the mirror better.....
