• The hostile persons revile and the near - ones give advice.
  बैरी ताने देते हैं और निकटस्थ लोग नसीहतें देने लगते हैं ।

• And if they violate their oaths after their covenant and revile your religion, fight those leaders of infidelity - verily no oaths will hold in their case that haply they may desist.
  और अगर ये लोग एहद कर चुकने के बाद अपनी क़समें तोड़ डालें और तुम्हारे दीन में तुमको ताना दें तो तुम कुफ्र के सरवर आवारा लोगों से खूब लड़ाई करो उनकी क़समें का हरगिज़ कोई एतबार नहीं ताकि ये लोग बाज़ आएँ

• Do not revile those who invoke others apart from God, lest they begin to revile God out of malice and ignorance. We have made attractive their deeds to every people. They have to go back to their Lord, when He will tell them what they used to do.
  और ये जिन की अल्लाह के सिवा इबादत करते हैं उन्हें तुम बुरा न कहा करो वरना ये लोग भी ख़ुदा को बिना समझें अदावत से बुरा कह बैठें इस तरह पाबन्द हुए कि गोया हमने ख़ुद हर गिरोह के आमाल उनको सॅवाकर अच्छे कर दिखाए फिर उन्हें तो अपने परवरदिगार की तरफ लौट कर जाना है तब जो कुछ दुनिया में कर रहे थे ख़ुदा उन्हें बता देगा

• But if they break their pledges after their having made a treaty and revile your religion, then fight the leaders of unfaith—indeed, they have no pledges, —maybe they will desist.
  और यदि अपने अभिवचन के पश्चात वे अपनी क़समॊं कॊ तॊड़ डालॆं और तुम्हारॆ दीन पर चॊटें करनॆ लगॆं, तॊ फिर कुफ़्र कॆ सरदारों सॆ युद्ध करॊ, उनकी क़समॆं कुछ नहीं, ताकि वॆ बाज़ आ जाऐं ।
