Shri Krishna Swami Temple Ambalapuzha

Lord Krishna is worshipped around India with different names. Shri Krishna Swami Temple in Ambalapuzha is very beautiful temple surrounded by a pond and apart temple it is also a monestary devoted to Lord Krishna. The place is really peaceful and very less crowded. The temple is as old as 13th century and remains to be a popular point of interest for tourists.

Krishna Puram Palace 

Krishna Puram Palace is a collection of various artifacts and this is a 18th century king's palace, in accordance with strict Kerala style architecture. It also has a museum which has an amazing collection of artifacts. The tourist who love history must visit it.

Pathiramanal island

This is a small island in Alappuzha district. Pathiramanal stands for 'sands of night'. This island is a home to many birds national and international. It's scenic beauty on both sides of the lake is yet another tourist place of interest.
