Youth are going to lead our country in future.By 2020, India is expected to become the World’s youngest country with 64% of its population in the working age group.As a result of which proper guidance must be provided. Moulding the variousdimension of personality and inculating right values and education is required for the growth of an individual.Childhood phase has its own importance and during this period ,right exposure has the most impact. Proper training must be provided to channelize the energy in the right path. Various initiatives have been taken by the government of india to boost confidence of young minds. Skill India is a campaign launched by our honorable Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi on July 15th, 2015, with an aim to train over 40 crore people in India, in different skills, by 2022.

Application based education is very important. Many schools fail to provide practical observation as a result of which when this students get exposed to application based problems they face trouble. Every individual have their own talent..... Some might be a great dancer or some may be a great singer... Every profession and field have its own important.. Every profession must be encouraged. However its seen that most people are encouraged to take medical, engineering or charted accountant course... And unable to cope up with the studies leads them to depression and anxiety. Proper counseling is required when a student reach class 9.This may help them to decide what subjects they can take Or what are future scope and various fields they can adapt as per their convenience.Skilling the youth of the country is very important. They act as inspiration to coming generation. There action must be positive for the benefit of the country. Every action must possess an objective which must reflect new India that every Indian aspires for. Their movement must he Influential and voice of millions of citizen. The growth of the nation is directly proportional to skilled manpower. Skilling of youth in India may not be an easy task but requires constant initiatives and activities but with such career oriented and talented youth has the potential to transform India to more conpetent and productive country. There are huge range of hurdles and this must be overcomed. More use of technology must be encouraged. It can be used in multiple ways starting from the mobile applications to specialized websites playing role in reducing the gap between the demand of the skilled youth & the existing talent.Social entrepreneur and NGO must be encouraged to conduct various program to create awareness among the youth living in rural areas.It is not just our education system but even the society to be blamed.There is lack of encouragment and boost of confidence by the members of society. Keeping aside all the hurdles, India has the potential to grow. The youth of the country has unlimited power and if provided, proper guidance and equipped with proper resources ,facilities and opportunities it can contribute to the growth of the nation and help in the vision of developed India.
