In this article, I will write about how people develop bad habits and what you could do to get rid of your bad habits. Some of the bad habits may include smoking, drinking, eating fatty foods commonly, holding a grudge can also be a habit, hanging around with the wrong people can be a bad habit. A person knows their bad habits and if you want to get rid of them, you've to want to get rid of them, without you wanting, it's not possible.

How do we develop these bad habits?

I believe there are many types of bad habits and every bad habit has a cause. If your room is messy, that is a bad habit and there is a cause behind it. You're lazy, well that's another bad habit. I think these types of bad habits are such that we don't realize that until it becomes a huge problem or someone calls you out for it. For example, you have your friends over at home and you take them to your bedroom, one of them observes the mess in your room and tells you to consider cleaning sometime, now you're embarrrased that he called you out infront of your friends, you should have known better. The best thing to do after this is to taking responsibilty of your bad habits and making it a point to better yourself before someone having to call you out for it. Learn from your mistakes and get better everyday.

Another type of bad habits is smoking, drinking, etc. All these habits are the worse. You're a kid in school and you see your classmate in school smoking, everyone thinks it's cool, so you decide to do it with him, so that everyone thinks you are cool, how weak. Before you know it you are an alcoholic drug addict who no one wants to hang around. All you wanted was to be considered cool but with time, this small habit got the better of you and made you someone you were not supposed to be. It controlled you and you could not do anything about it, you are better than that. ALways introspect and see where you are wrong and have faults and strive to decrease your shortcomings everyday.

Guys try to find peace in who you are and not find safe haven in bad habits, try to improve and become a better version of your self everyday.
