Are you one of those who take stress often?

What strikes in your head as you hear this word ‘Stress’. I am sure many people would associate it with a negative aspect. But stress is sometimes important too in our lives as it acts as a boosting factor . It motivates us to achieve our goal.

What is Stress?

Stress isan emotion/feeling that we experience or go through during a particular event. Stress is when we cannot handle the excessive tear or wear of our body.

We all have a negative outlook on stress.It happens when we don't have controlover ourselves. When we overstress and due to which our body has to suffer a lot. Slowly and gradually, it covers our mind and body which leads us to different health problems like depression is one if the topmost example. Apart from this, physical attributes also change. For example - looking weak, dark circles etc. This kind of stress is also called Distress. For example- exams are approaching and Geeta is not able to do its preparations. She is really panic and decides to suicide. Here she has taken that much stress that she tries to suicide.

But stress is not always stress on a negative meaning. It has a positive side too. As it is said, live your lives tension-free but sometimes this tension-free attitude becomes difficult and to cover up this stress is implied. Which is called Eustress. Say for example- Ramesh has his exam and he takes tension which encourages him to study hard and prepare well. At this moment, we need to take the stress.

Causes of stress -

Fights : stress is highly caused by the fights which occur between two persons . For example- between husband -wife, friends etc

Family problems - such as financial problems cause stress.

Competition: this cause a lot of stress among competitors . Due to the completion we take so much stress.

There are multiple reasons whichcause stress . But identifying them will help us to manage those stress.

Some of the ways to cope with this stress:

Exercise- this is the foremost point. Doing exercise helps you to gain confidence and keeps you fit and healthy

Spend time with your family: family understands us the way that no one understand . So talk to your family about it and spend more time you will feel relax .

Do what makes you happy : Alwaysengage yourselves in the things which makes you happy . As those things increases your interest and you enjoy while doing your task .

Avoid procrastination: the moment you will avoid this procrastination you will instant realise the difference. It will make you a better person .
