Don't Make An Effort For A Person Who Doesn't Care About You

Sometimes you are left alone in darkness and you want that one hand to hold you which promised to take care of you forever,

You wonder and search for that one person to show you light who told you that he will always be like stars in sky to you. But you find no one & you just break into million pieces, you feel betrayal, you feel lost.

And once you are out of darkness, you are doing good with your life, you are happy again.
That's when that hand & person will come back to you.
Why?
Because maybe you are too good in keeping your promises or Maybe its you shining bright in his sky always?

To keep you or maybe to use you, he will again do his fake promises.
And yes, you will still give him chance, you will still expect, you will again go hand in hand with that person, you will again yourself decide to get lost in darkness, you will yourself allow him to take you for granted. Yet againyou will feel alone!

How many more times it will take you to realise that person is not worth your expectations & most importantly YOU? Don't make an effort for a person who doesn't care about you, who doesn't make efforts for you & stop giving yourself false hope that maybe this time he'll change because you know, he won't.
