What Anand Teaches Us?

Today I saw a movie named Anand , starring Rajesh Khanna and Amitabh Bachchan,directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee. Anand(Rajesh Khanna) is a lively person full of life and has no family. He is diagnosed with lymphosarcoma, a rare type of intestine cancer. Bhaskar (Amitabh Bachchan) a oncholgist, becomes friend with Anand and the cheerful nature of him changes Bhaskar's life. Anand was a cancer patient left with just six months but still doesn't pitty himself or blame anyone but loves the life as it is. He befriends everyone, helped Bhaskar find his love and ultimately lives his last breath.

Zindagi badi honi chahiye lambhi nahi

A cancer patient left with just 6 months says with full joy "life should not long but beautiful" is a quote which inspires us all. We all live life seriously, fearing the loss of one thing or other but here is a person who don't care he dies in few months and smiles more than anyone else. We should sometimes sit peacefully and reflect over this attitude towards life.

Live life like a trip not a mission .Live life like a play not work.

Fear not death

Death is a fearful word. Think about it again, is it? Death gives meaning to life. It reminds our time on earth is limited and we are not here forever so life in this sense is short but this shortness give it all its beauty. Its a reminder that do not waste your life in quarrel and start loving life and people. Death should not be a fear for it is a truth rather we should enjoy what we have no:life.

Be happy :it's important

Anand was always cheerful and happy. His deprivations could not make him sad and pessimistic. No family , no parents , no money and still always smiling. What an inspiration. Anand was not just a character but one who is hope for life .
