Recipe Of 4 Different Style Summer Drinks.

1. Cold coffee.
ingredients- milk- 1cup
Coffee powder- 3tsp
Sugar-2 tbsp
Vanilla ice cream-2 scoop
Ice cubes-5-6
Choco syrup
Pour coffee powder, sugar,chilled milk ( boil & keep it in refrigerator for cooling), scoop of ice cream, ice cubes, then close the jar with all the items & put to blend after blending is done serve in a glass with choco syrup & bit scoop of ice cream over the coffee & serve cold.

2. Lemon iced tea.

ingredients- tea leaves-1 tsp
Sugar-2 tbsp
Lemon wedges
Pudina leaves or tulsi leaves
Ice cubes-5-6
Boil the tea leaves over the stove along with pouring sugar in it. After the tea leaves get boiled, arrange the glass and put pudina leaves & lemon wedges then finally add the liquid in a glass and if anybody wants it more cold then can add some amount of water over it. Add it gets ready to be served.

3. Mastani mango.

ingredients- mango (riped)- 1/2 cup
Milk- 1/2cup (chilled)
Ice cream- 2 scoop
Ice cubes-5-6
Sugar- 2 tbsp
Dry nuts- 1/4 cup
Take ripen mamgoes peel them off and mash them with a smasher or blend them then put the milk along with the mashed mango in stove to boil a bit then add sugar to the mixture then put off the gas & keep the mixture aside after it is cooled put the scoopes of ice cream & then the liquid in the serving glass as the toppings put some dry nuts over the shake & serve cold.

4.Orange crushers .

ingredients: orange-3
Sugar syrup- 2tbsp
Mint leaves
Soda- 1/2 cup
Take 3 oranges & squeeze out the juice out of it or even you can use food processor for getting the liquid then take the ice cubes and blend a bit after this process take a glass put the ice crushes few mint leaves, then the sugar syrup, and then add the juice of orange half a glass & soda to fill the rest of the glass after adding the two gets seperated as the juice remains under & the soda over it. And finally it becomes ready to serve.
