Healthy body always leads to a healthy mind. Staying fit and keeping ourselves healthy is necessary in this competitive era. People nowadays are are more health conscious, and always tries to spend sometime in maintaining their fitness. Many celebrities have come up with attractive yoga application and centres for meditation and fitness to promote the importance of staying healthy amongst people.

Every people more or less is serving under a busy schedule. Man is working like a machine from morning to evening, leading a stressful life and struggling hard putting their health on a stake. Life has become complicated. Lot of multitasking is required which results in erratic schedules and have unhealthy eating problems. All this contribute to their unhealthy lifestyle and they have to suffer from stress related problems like anxiety, heart diseases, diabetes hypertension, high blood pressure etc. In order to stay away from all these diseases it is important to stay healthy by exercising and maintaining a healthy diet.

Exercise improves the blood circulation. It tones up our movements and improves metabolism in our body. Exercise is much help to eradicate and fight against many diseases. A way to healthy life cannot be achieved only by exercising, but simultaneously ,it's equally important to eat healthy and nutritious diet. Health depends on various factors such as age, weight, food habits, exercise, economy, lifestyle etc.

Although we say exercising is important, but because of tight work schedule, there is no time for physical exercise which keeps the body fit. Especially in big cities, people are aware about the importance of physical exercise but do not have time for it. For these reasons the health of people are declining. The simplest way of keeping fit is by exercising regularly. Staying fit automatically keeps us away from illness. Our body requires balanced food, fresh air, purewater, lots of exercise and good posture. Happiness is the key to good health and good health is the key to wealth.

It is high time to realise that we earn to live and not live to earn. A good health will attract good wealth.All we have to do is just keep ourselves fit. We should avoid junkies as much as possible and keep ourselves happy and healthy.
