Dates Smoothie

An easy to make drink, this is also very healthy. Just blend some dates, milk, vanilla frozen yogurt and cinnamon and enjoy it when chilled. Just remember to blend the ingredients nicely till the dates are completely mixed with the other ingredients to make it smooth and even.

Pineapple Sandwich

While the same cucumber and tomato sandwich can be boring, a new and refreshing pineapple sandwich can be fun. Get some canned pineapple slices and put them in between white or brown bread slices. Apply butter evenly on the slices before hand and then add flavor to it by sprinkling some black pepper to balance the sweetness.

Watermelon Popsicles

If you love to eat ice cream, you can get one whenever you need. Simply take out some watermelon juice and add a little more sugar to it, pour it in the ice cream mould and freeze it. Enjoy licking the ever new watermelon flavour.

Fruit Sundae

Won’t it be exciting to make your own sundae with ingredients you like. This healthy sundae has got only fruits in it. In between a flavored yogurt layer, add cubes or slices or different fruits like kiwi, banana, orange or blueberry. Stack them all in layers and serve immediately.

Mango Salsa

Nothing can be more easy to make and nice to taste than a mango salsa when you want to eat something light as snacks. In a bowl just mix sweet mango cubes, finely chopped bell peppers, mint and coriander leaves and some lemon juice with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and serve it in the evening time with tea or any drink.
