You can make a lot of it and store in the refrigerator and there you go, you can have a scoop even at 2'o clock at night!
Lastly the best part of it, you get the joy of peeping into the freezer after every hour just to check whether your ice-cream is ready or not and have a little bit of it.
All you have to do is follow these simple steps:

INGREDIENTS
milk (1/2 lt)
ice-cream powder ( a pack of 100g) of an flavour.
INSTRUCTIONS
Take milk in a pan and boil it, till it reduces to 3/4 of it original quantity.
Now add the entire ice-cream powder to it and stir well. ( no need to add sugar).
When the milk becomes of a thick constituency pour it in a airtight bowl and keep it in the freezer for about 2 hrs.
Take the ice-cream out and beat it well with a hand mixer ( This will give the creamy texture to it).
Now again put the mixture in an airtight bowl and keep it in the freezer for about 6 hrs.
Taaaa-daaayour ice-cream is ready.
Enjoy a scoop of your icecream.
