Ingedrients :
5 medium sized boiled potatoes
50 g chickpea
1 medium sized finely chopped onion
Green chili ( As per tolerance )
Black salt
Tamarind paste 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Corianderpowder 1tsp
Ajwain 1tsp
Method :
Boil potatoes and chick peas and remove the peel off the potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into square pieces ( you need not make them an exact cube ;-D )
Now add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Your aloo kabli is ready.
P.S. You can add cucumber, bengal gram, tomatoes , coriander leaves to this Aloo kabli and it will taste all the more better :-D
