Reading books such as Novels, text books, magazines, encyclopedia are good hooby which should be nurtured by all. But in digital craze we totally forgot about books which provides us full information with detail explanation.

Actually, reading any thing that fills our mind and exposes us to new word, pharse and facts seems to carry mental benefits. We can read books according to our intrest like if you like traveling there are traveling accounts, books on cooking, comics, daily facts, much more which attracts us.

Books provides us knowledge and encourage us deep reading. It boost our brain which reading newspaper and magazines doesn't. It also helps to grow emotional intelligence and empathy which helps us to tackle any situation.

The above reason were the common one, the other reason are:

1. It hepls to reduce stress.
2. Encourage us to imagine the plot.
3.Develops critical thinking.
4. Improves your vocabulary skills.
5. Helps to focus and concentrate.
6. Entertain and motivate us.
7. Improves creativity.
8. It rarely harms our body unlike those electronic devices.
Though we may get frictional, non-frictional nobels, dramas, poems in our cellphones laptops and other electronic devices, still it is much more good to read books. Reading books helps us to socialize and also spread awareness of more interesting books in which we may not have intrest but if insisted by a friend we surely try to read the which doesn't attract us.
