A Day Without Water

Facts without water:

We can't imagine a day without water, we can manage a day without current but without water nothing happens. We are starting a day with water, by washing our face, brushing, bathing and morning works will begin with water. Even no drops of water in home each and every mother and women's won't be able to tolerate and no words to explain her sorrow. Because they have to face lot of problems in the family while in cooking, washing, cleaning. Were it leads to increase in the price of vegetables, household articles too.

Reasons leading to water scarcity:

Big cities or small towns or even villages facing water scarcity, lack of awareness among people to save the water and restore water for their (our) future. Most of the traffic among the cities due metro water tanks, lorries and peoples are also travelling a lot in their vehicles and by walking around for a long distance in searching for a single pot of water. In peak hours all of us rushing for our regular works, schools even there we had lot of traffics among roads and small streets there we can see lots of people's are waiting with water cans, pots. Ground water levels are also goes down because of less percolation of rain water. We are diverting the water as runoff water to sea. Instead of that if each and every home and every constructions is recommended to build with rain water harvesting system every single drop of rain water must perculate into the soil we can reduce the runoff rain water.

Measures to eradicate water scarcity :

In our ancient days our Kings and Queens were saved lots and lots of water by constructing dams, reservoirs, ponds, lakes, rivers and monster wells which stores and provide water for the entire town or state. But now we are having lots and lots of technologies and equipments and human brains there we are not ready to save water instead of that we are constructing and elobrating our cities by reducing the lakes and ponds by constructing buildings over the water surfaces. By this mean how we get water for irrigation, drinking purposes, to run our routines?

Methods to adopted on our side:

We must think about how to utilize water without wasting them. In 2000 itself " Sir Abdul Kalam advised us to plant more and more plants which grown well and it will save water and serve water for us. We may leave a good pollution free, water scarcity free world to our future generation". Now Nasa also telling the same that soon India will suffer for water.

Conclusion:

This is the right period of time to save water by cleaning the debris in rivers, ponds, lakes, reservoirs, planting more number of water saving trees. Avoiding plastic usages nd also throwing wastes near water areas as well empty lands. Divert the runoff water to our nearby towns, cities, states instead of wasting and mixing them to sea, save the rain water by connecting them with ponds, rivers, lakes and reservoirs.
