What we say is not always what we meant. We like to play with words and confuse others with tone of sayings.

Communication basically contains body language, gestures, facial expressions, tone, pitch, and volume of voice. We can change the whole meaning of the sentence by just altering these above contents. It's not always that words we use have the same meaning but if we've said in different tone it completely changes the meaning.

We basically use this when we use sarcasm. The statement “Oh wow!!!! You look beautiful”, when said in a low pitch with weird expression it turns out to be sarcastic but if we use the same statement and use the true and real facial expressions and body language it conveys the same meaning of what the sentence actually meant.

Sarcasm mostly includes the body language, pitch of the voice and facial expressions. It sometimes helps like an ice breaker but sometimes it's destructive. Sarcasm is also used to express aggression.Sarcasm is used to build one’s self esteem by putting others down can be really destructive and then it leads to the damage in the relationship.

There are certain areas where sarcasm really helps in building up the relationships as when we feel free to converse with people we generally use sarcastic statements and this will make the atmosphere lively filled with laughters and smiles all over.

But we need to know when to use what so just be careful with the statements you pass and the facial expressions you give this may really lead in building you up and even destroying you when you don't even mean what you've actually said.
