Jumping jacks

This is the warm up exercise and is to be done before starting your morning routine as it not only charges you for the next exercise also it opens up the nut bolts of the body. This is done jumping simultaneously opening closing your feet and along with that waving your arms in too and fro motion upside down.

Wall sit

This exercise is really effective in building up your calves and the core as well as it involves pressure on the feet and core. Also it helps to improve the body balance of an individual. So this done by sitting in a position as if sitting on a chair without any support the only support that you have is of the wall that your back is supposed to touch.

Pushups

So this exercise helps you build strength in your arms and thus improving the arm strength. In this you need to put your hands on the floor keeping full body aligned to the floor and later pushing the body through hands and coming back up without touching the floor.

Tricep dips

This is a good exercise to improve the arm strength and body balance so what you need to do is that lay on the stair case on your backside and put your hands on the staircase backwards. Later take small dips and rise back . Continue this for almost like ten times in the beginning and once you get habitual 30 repetitions are a must.

Squats

The most effective exercise to build up your calves and butt. This helps in strengthening your legs and shaping your butt as well. In this you need to have a 4-5 inch gap between the feet and bend down along your back line , keeping the knees not go beyond the toes.

Lunges

In this you need to bend your one leg forwarded and the other leg is aligned straight. This exercise helps you to improve body balance and also help you build stronger legs.

Plank

The most important exercise to build up your core strength and balance. This exercise helps you strengthening the core. In this you need to lie on the floor onto your stomach and rise up through your hands and hold on to this position for a minute or two.
