Healthy and tastyRice cutlets

Hi friends, Today we discuss an interesting breakfast recipe rice cutlets. Its simple to make and healthy breakfast. In this rice cutlets, we are using less amount of oil, and we are not using any chemical ingredients.

Cooking time: 15min

Ingredients:

Rice – 3 cups
Pesarapappu ( in telugu language) ( moong dal in hindi) – 1 cup
Water – 9 cups
Carrots-3 (grated)
Salt – As per the taste.

Ingredients

Procedure:

1. Take 3 cups of rice into a mixe jar. And make it into like small particles like idly rava.

2. Take 1 cup of pesarapappu ( in telugu language)(moong dal in hindi) into a mixie jar and make it into powder.

3. Take pesarapappu (in telugu language) (moong dal in hindi) powder and rava in other vessel mixes it with water like a liquid.

4. take a big size of the vessel and kept it on the stove and pour 9 cups of water after boiling the water pour that liquid.Don’t pour the whole amount at a time by stirring the water slowly pour into the vessel with small amounts.

5. pour that liquid and grated carrot also into the vessel. After boiling to 10 min on a low flame. Turn off the stove.

Cutlet preparation:

6. Take the mixture into a plate as shown in the figure.
7. After cooling the mixture, take some amount of mixture and make it into small balls like laddu. For better understanding see the picture below

8. After that take that ball and place it on the plastic sheet and press like cutlets as shown in the figure.

9. Take a roti pan and put it on the stove .after heating the pan take cutlet and put it on the pan and sprinkle some drops of oil on the cutlet and fry until it turns into golden color.

10.then yummy and healthy rice cutlets are ready. Eat them with a combination ofred chilly chutney.
